New Easy Pour EP Tinters

We are very proud to supply you two of our new XpressTint colourants. ITE113 and ITE116.

What is exciting about these tinters?

As you are probable aware the Xpresstint Tinters and Concentrates have extremely high pigment loadings which allows you to produce colours with high opacity, using minimal tinter, making them cost effective.

Unfortunately two of these tinters are excessive in viscosity making them difficult to dispense in small amounts, as they tend to blob.

We have three great things to tell you about our new colourants!

1. These two tinters are the first to overcome the high viscosity problem. Remarkably, our chemists have reconfigured and reformulated these colourants to obtain a much lower viscosity, while most importantly keeping the “tint strength” identical.

We refer to them as EP, which stands for EasyPour

TE113 EP Yellow Oxide is a replacement for TE103 Yellow Oxide

TE116 EP Red Oxide is a replacement for TE106 Red Oxide

2. The significance about these two new tinters is they virtually eliminate a nuisance known as “Colour Float”. This is a phenomena which presents itself when colourants, (often black, white, red & yellow oxide), get used in a certain ratio or combination in high flow gloss topcoat. One colourants can get pushed to the surface which changes the colour.

3. The third great thing about these new EP colourants is every XpressTint User will receive a 1 Litre of the New TE113 & TE116 and two pour lids FREE. Why? Because these 2 tinters will eventually replace TE103 & TE106 and we believe in the process some of our XpressTint users could end up with a part can of one, or both. To make up for that we think it is fair that you receive a FULL can of each in advance – FREE. If you have any full can of 103/106 in stock we will exchange them at no charge.

Yes you can, but eventually they will be phased out.

Yes you can, in most instances the tinters are the same. The only real exception is in Gloss finishes in Mid Coffee and Mid Grey colours. These colours are being re-formulated using the new EP tinters and they will be labelled with the new tinters.

Yes, the ones we have supplied you are from our production batch.
