Delivery & Return
Evic Group delivers products ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA* – (Subject to conditions).
Evic Group can offer a Pick Up service which eliminates any freight cost (if applicable) from either of our Warehouses at ; Ingleburn N.S.W and Arundel Queensland.
We specialise in freighting a variety of Product Classes using; Post, Air Freight, Express Road and Dangerous Goods. In general for products; 3Kg Post or with an Air weight to 5Kg Air Freight (Dangerous goods can not be sent by either). Products above 5kg will generally go by road and any Dangerous goods (flammable) by D.G. Road. Note; if 1 item in your shopping basket is a dangerous good (this includes all aerosols) then the entire basket will have to go by D.G. Road Transport.
Single items above 50Kg will require a truck with a Tail Lift delivery to Residential premises and include a $60 surcharge. Alternatively, you can arrange pick up from an Evic Group depot in Ingleburn or the Gold Coast, (no delivery surcharge), or at our transportation depots, located at many locations throughout Australia. If you choose to pick up from one of our transportation depots, you only need to pay for delivery without the surcharge.
Evic Group is a manufacturer of industrial products and all items must go to a Business Address. The only items that can be sent by Post to a private address or PO Box must be 5Kg or less and are Non dangerous Goods.
Delivery outside of Australia. All international and high priority orders are subject to delivery quotation. We will contact you directly to finalise all international shipping. Please email us at email@example.com to make special arrangements.
The Evic Group Freight calculator has been designed to find the lowest possible Freight for our customers. Where options are available Post/Air/Road Our Freight Calculator will display the options with the cost at the shopping cart. Some products have freight rebates which reduces the cost and some are Freight Free…..best of all !!
Customer Pick Up & In-Store Shopping
This option allows you to pick up your order from either of our warehouse, located at Ingleburn or on the Gold Coast, with no freight or transfer costs. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to let you know when your order will be available for pickup. (Our operating hours are between 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Note: In-Store Shopping; It is not alway possible to have all product/items at both locations. It would be advisable to contact the store you wish to use before travelling there. See Contact Us for address and details.
Evic Group is closed on public holidays and Weekends (Saturday & Sunday); we will endeavour to dispatch your order the next business day.
Evic Group – (Sydney Store) carries 90% of advertised stock. Please be aware that some stock could be allocated to orders place overnight.
Please allow approximately 1-4 working days to receive your order. Some Regional Areas, Western Australia, South Australia & Northern Territory will take longer (Allow up to 8 working Days). We use Express or Fast Delivery service where and when ever available.
Air Freight for Parcels below 5Kg
Air Freight for Parcels below 5Kg is nearly always Next Day Delivery within Australia. Delays may occur if the ordered products are not in Stock. Evic Group – carries 90% of advertised stock.
We strive to supply the most reasonable cost for the customer and would ask for your understanding when shipping conditions change.
Evic Group reserves the right to change the freight and handling costs if it is required. Some products carry Special Delivery Conditions. Please check the product description and ask us for more details if it is not clearly specified on the product.
For all parcels delivered to Residential addresses, a person normally must be present to receive the goods. Alternatively you can give authority to leave the goods at a specified location. Please note that when you authorise this, you are taking full responsibility and ownership of the goods once the driver has made the non-P.O.D. delivery. To give authority, tick the appropriate checkbox on delivery.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us 1800 761 761 or firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Our Customer Service will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to one of our logistic centres and will either organise a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Returns and Repairs
Product fault; Where Evic Group considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return those items to one of our logistic centres will be at our cost i.e. Free of charge to you.
Incorrect supply; If goods you ordered are supplied incorrectly, Evic Group will arrange to take back the goods incorrectly supplied for full credit including freight cost. The customer must notify Evic Group of any incorrect supply within 14 days of delivery.
Correctly supplied; Correct undamaged Items can be returned for credit if within 30 days of invoice and in unused original packaging and condition (freight charges and restocking fees that apply will deducted from the credit) Items sourced especially at a customers request are non-returnable.
Returned for repair; Items returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, the time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.
In-Store Return; You may also contact or attend one of the Evic Group Stores where you collected your goods, or where your goods were despatched from, and one of our team will assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.
Repair Cost; You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
Refunds will be made by Evic Group using the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.
