All products sold by Evic Group have been selected by us because we have tested them or have had them manufactured to our own specification. Although many of these products have various manufacturers guarantee’s or warranty they ALL come under our own “Guarantee of Quality”.
Some products have a 12 month warranty, others have an unconditional replacement guarantee. In all cases we will replace or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please note that consumer products i.e. sandpaper, grinding disc, blades etc do not have period of time warranty or guarantee. There may be circumstances where you are not entitled to a remedy.
