If you’re familiar with the picture above, then you’ve been in the spray painting game for a while. Never keep old cans around again!
Many spray painters know all too well the terrible waste that they are forced to confront on a daily basis. Half empty cans line the warehouse, with customer notes and job numbers written on the side and on the lid, barely legible labels peeling off the face of the can, hazardous warning text removed from solvent splash, but it’s a problem that didn’t have a real solution until XpressTint came. Even good bookkeeping and stringent housekeeping couldn’t fix the problem that you are forced to over order paint “just-in-case” it isn’t enough, or you had to keep paint laying around because the customer might need a touch up or a respray.
This isn’t a scenario too familiar with XpressTint users however. What we’ve found is exactly the opposite.
Because users in the XpressTint community make exactly what they want, when they want, there is no need to over-order on a colour. If you need to make 2.4L of Deep Brunswick, then you don’t need to order 4L or 5L, you simply make 2.4L. If your customer requires a touch up or a respray, you simply pull up the job information from the History page and find out the exact formula you used the first time.
See why so many users in the XpressTint community are saving thousands just by making what they want, when they want it.
