750-780 Series P.E. Cobalt Accelerator

Usage Mix 0.5-1.5% of the Part C Cobalt Accelerator by Volume i.e. 5 to 15mL per 1Litre of Part A

Safety Note; Cobalt Accelerator should never be premixed with Part B catalyst as they will instantly combust (catch on fire). Cobalt Accelerator is used at between 5mL to 15mL per Litre of Part A (10mL is a popular amount ) it should be added and thoroughly mixed into the Part A first then Part B Catalyst can be added separately. Cobalt rapidly accelerates the curing of Polyester Primer but it also equally decreases the pot life. Care and small volume should only be mixed until the user is aware of the affect this accelerator has on the product.

Xpress 940 Exterior Polyurethane Part A

940 Ceramevic is an Extremely Durable “Mr Versatile” light fast exterior grade Polyurethane can be easily applied by Spray, Roller or Brush simply by changing the thinning solvent. 940 has outstanding adhesion to most substrates and also has excellent exterior durability. All colours in Gloss, 60% & 30% are achieved from only 4 Bases

For Gloss White & Colours you only require 2 bases XB881 Gloss White & XB882 Gloss Deep
For 30% White and Colours you only require 2 Bases XB885 30% White & XB887 30% Deep
For 60% White and Colours all the above 4 bases are required

Thinning

Electrostatic Spray, 825S Electro Spray Solvent
Normal Spraying, Cool Cond 830S, Medium Cond 850S, Hot Cond 850S or 900S
Brush & Roll, 900S Brush & Roll Solvent
