Xpress 660 M.S. Part B’s
690 Series Medium Solids Polyurethane Range of Part B’s are available to mix with 660 Series Part A . These 690 M.S. Part B’s are Equivalent to 660B-15 & 660B-30 and can be used with current 660 Part A stock. The 660 Part A 30% & 60% will be replaced with 690 30% & 60% during 2023 as the 690 has much higher opacity, levelling gloss consistency and dry times while only needing the one Part B, 690B-Std.
. 660 Gloss & 680 Gloss Part A was replaced by the superior 690 Gloss Part A back in 2019.
Note: 680 H.S. Part B’s are now under the 690 Gloss H.S. Part B Label,
- 690 Gloss H.S. FAST Part B is a new (2019) much glossier and faster version of 680B-15 or 2015B and has proven to be very successful & popular
- 690 Gloss H.S. MEDIUM Part B is the exact formula of the extremely popular 680B-25 0r 2025B
- 690 Gloss H.S. TROPICAL Part B is also the exact formula of 680B-35 or 2035B, if this is mixed 50/50 with 690 HS Medium then that is 680B-30 or 2030B
These H.S. Part B’s should not be used with 660A 30% or 60% as they will greatly increase the gloss level of those products.
Packed in Boxes of 2 for easy storage and stock control. Each box has a large clearly visible label on the end prominently displaying the Part B Type and stock date.

Xpress 750-780 Series P.E. Polyester Primers
750 Series Polyester these Polyester primers already contain cobalt accelerator making mixing quicker and easier. Simply add 1-2% 750-780 Part B Catalyst then Solvent. Faster version do have reduced shelf life and pot life once mixed.
750 Series is made up of 2 different styles of primer each available in 2 different cure speeds Overnight & Fast
- 750 Standard Cure Ideally suit to “full face” priming. Reduced top coat sink back guaranteed – ideal under Gloss
- 751 is a faster cure version of 750. Both 750/751 are heat responsive and are suitable to bake cure.
- 775 Standard cure NextGen is our latest Primer with outstanding filling and sanding properties. ideal for use on Shaker doors
- 771 is a faster cure version of 775 NextGen. Both 775/771 are heat responsive and are suitable to bake cure.
Faster version do have reduced shelf life and pot life once mixed.
New 780 Styrene Free Polyester Primer – Still uses 750-780 Part B Catalyst
- No Styrene Odour which can be very unpleasant to some staff or Neighbours
- Long Pot Life over 2 hours but will easily cure overnight
Xpress 750-775 Series Dual Pump P.E. Polyester Primers
750 and 775 Dual Pump Polyester Primers are prepared to use “Dual Pump” mix at the head spray equipment. 15L of Primer is filled into a 21L pail.
Simply add to 1 drum; 1 bottle x 500mL of 750-780 Part B Catalyst then 3L of 750S Solvent and mix. To the 2nd drum add 1 bottle x 250mL 750 Part C Cobalt Accelerator then 3L of 750S solvent and mix.

- 750AD Standard Cure Ideally suit to “full face” priming. Reduced top coat sink back guaranteed – ideal under Gloss
- 775AD Standard cure is a NextGen more viscous primer and easier sanding. Usually used on shaker doors
Note: To increase the through cure speeds of any of these primers, increase the volume of 750C used in that drum. to a maximum of 2x250mL (500mL total). Leave the 750B catalyst level in the other drum as is ( 1 x 500mL 750B)

Usage Mix 1-2% of the Part B Catalyst by Volume i.e. 10-20mL per 1 Litre of Part A
Safety Note; Part B catalyst is very dangerous to eyes and precautions and protection should be used. Part B Catalyst would never be premixed with Cobalt Accelerator as they will combust if mixed together. If Cobalt Accelerator is used it should be added and thoroughly mixed into the Part A first then Part B can be added separately.
