    What are my payment options?

    Online purchases are made easy and secure with a selection of payment options, including credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Dinners Card and American Express) or PayPal.  Card Surcharges; Only Express & Dinners Card Attract a 3% Surcharge

    Is It Safe for me to make purchases online?

    Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode protect your transactions when you’re shopping online. Register for either of these free services and your purchases are guarded using your own personal password, which acts the same way as using your PIN or signature when you buy an item over-the-counter in a store. This verifies your identity when making your online purchase, ensuring payment is safe and secure.

    What is the 'CVC'?

    On MasterCard, Visa or GO MasterCard, the CVC is the last 3 digits on the back of the card.

    On American Express, the CVC is the 4 digits that are above and to the right of your credit card number on the front of your card.

    What happens after I have completed payment online successfully?

    After you place an order with us, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order, followed by a tax invoice for proof of your purchase. If you have any queries regarding your purchase, please Contact Us.

    Delivery

    What type of Delivery is used?

    We deliver to your business address, for items less than 3Kg we can post to a private letter box or P.O. Box (Except for Dangerous Goods), anywhere within Australia, via a variety of express and fast transport depending on the product type and it’s transport requirements. Evic Group are very experienced at dispatching a large and varied array of product types. We also ship nightly to our stores which can be used for Customer Pick-Ups. Products usually dispatched within 2 days.

    How is my delivery cost calculated?

    The delivery fee is calculated by the type of freight required or allowed (Air, Road, Dangerous Goods) The actual Freight weight is calculated i.e. The actual size of the parcel compared to the weight of the items is required, plus the distance to the delivery address from our logistic centre location. Freight Rebates for volume, multiple items can that can fit into one box or satchel are also considered.

    We try and offer you the cheapest transport possible, in many instances our Freight Calculator in the Shopping Cart will give you more than one option of freight so you can choose which you prefer. A pick up option (No Freight) can also be selected.

    Must my purchases be delivered to a business address?

    Because of the nature, size and volume of most of our products, all deliveries must go to a business address and be signed for when you receive them; Only parcels of 3kg or less can be sent to a private letter box or PO Box.

    Will my order, which includes a few items, be delivered in the one box?

    On occasions, when a number of items are purchased in a single order, they may be sorted into separate boxes and arrive with different deliveries. Therefore, all of your order might not be delivered on the same day.

    What if I receive a damaged parcel, the wrong items, or don't receive my order at all?

    If you believe there is damage to the products you’ve ordered, the incorrect items have been delivered, or your order hasn’t arrived within the specified timeframe, please see our Delivery & Refund and contact us immediately.

    Does Evic Group have an online refund policy?

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and suggest that you inspect your items upon delivery or pick-up, to ensure you are happy with their condition and operation. If you’re not content with the state of your new purchase, please refer to our Delivery & Return policy

    What can I do if I have a problem with my new items?

    If you are unhappy with the condition or performance of your new items, please contact us and let us help you. We have tested nearly all the products we select for sale and have experienced, competent tradesmen and Industrial chemist on our staff.
